Esther 4:14

In current times God is speaking much to His Church through the book of Esther. Esther is a type of Bride. She approaches the King on behalf of her people and the scepter of favor is extended to her (Esther 5:2). Her actions resulted in a profound change of circumstances. The Jews triumphed over their enemies, found favor in the land and were given great authority (Esther 8 & 9). Let us approach the throne beautified (Esther 2:12) and clothed in royal robes (Esther 5:1), for the King has chosen us for such a time as this.
