Joy

This painting expresses a joy that comes to childlike simplicity, a joy that neither man, nor poverty, nor circumstances, nor conditions can take from us. It comes in wilderness places and blooms like a rose in the desert. (Isaiah 35:1-2) Joy has its roots in God. May we experience this joy that comes from living in His presence. (Psalms 16:11)
